Prime Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Controls Manager to lead the operation and reliability of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across its data center portfolio. You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure mission-critical systems run safely and efficiently.

• Oversee BMS/EPMS/DCIM operations across multiple data center facilities.
• Serve as SME for controls architecture, integration, automation, and monitoring platforms.
• Lead improvements to facility efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across multiple data center facilities.
• Ensure all control systems, integrations, and monitoring platforms operate reliably and accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for controls issues.
• Support critical facility operations and provide technical guidance during failures and emergencies.
• Develop and maintain operational docs, test procedures, MOPs, and change records.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and integrators during implementation and maintenance.
