Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Data Center Controls Manager - Operations to oversee the performance, reliability, and modernization of BMS, EPMS and DCIM across multiple facilities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning and Operations teams to ensure mission-critical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across multiple data center facilities.
• Ensure monitoring platforms operate reliably and accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective action efforts for controls-related issues.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, test procedures, MOPs, and change management records.
• Support new construction, phased expansions, retrofits, and facility upgrades from a controls perspective.
• Identify opportunities for automation, energy reduction, and operational efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, incident response, and corrective actions for controls issues.
• Provide technical guidance during equipment failures and emergencies.
• Review controls designs, sequences of operation, and equipment submittals from a controls perspective.
• Lead automation and efficiency projects to improve facility reliability and sustainability.
