Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is looking for a Foreman/Supervisor based in Phoenix, Arizona to lead teams in installing and supporting infrastructure within mission-critical data centers. This role requires 5+ years of experience and the ability to supervise teams of 30–50 technicians.

Key responsibilities include coordinating installation crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication skills, and familiarity with data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments; 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power systems.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation of racking, cable tray systems, fiber/copper terminations.
