Job summary

Corbins, a Nox Group company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to lead commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, and data center projects in the Southwest. You will ensure safety and quality plans are aligned with project requirements and implemented throughout the project timeline.

As a Project Superintendent, you will mentor Field Supervisors, coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Project Management, and drive schedules, labor projections, and risk

• Experience leading project teams and achieving project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and is implemented throughout the duration of the project.
• Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with Corbins, the customers and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with QA/QC to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
• Drives a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR to ensure the project team operates at full capacity and adheres to policies.
• Partners with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project adheres to the schedule.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and accountability.
• Builds rapport with customers by displaying integrity and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
