Job summary

LINX is hiring a Safety Coordinator to maintain a daily on-site safety presence across active hyperscale data center construction projects nationwide. This role requires 100% travel with all travel expenses covered.

You will write JHA and PTSA, run site inspections, investigate incidents, and train crews to keep safety built into daily operations. The role reports to the Safety Manager and offers a clear path to Safety Manager as project volumes grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related certifications (STSC, CHST, CSP).
• Ability to develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA).
• Willingness to travel 100% to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs for data center construction.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and hazards; recommend corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and ensure workers hold required certifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate safety into daily operations.
