Job summary

LINX is seeking a Safety Coordinator for nationwide data center construction projects. This role requires maintaining a daily on-site safety presence, developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA), and ensuring OSHA compliance across active sites. Travel is 100% with expenses covered.

You will work closely with Project Managers and crews, report to the Safety Manager, and have a clear pathway to Safety Manager as project volume grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant safety experience in construction
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field or applicable certifications
• Ability to travel 100% to project sites nationwide and pass background/drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage safety programs for data center construction projects
• Create and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA)
• Conduct on-site inspections and incident investigations
• Provide safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
• Coordinate with Project Managers and crews to integrate safety into daily operations
