Job summary

LINX seeks a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety compliance across hyperscale data centers, focusing on low-voltage cabling and telecom infra. You will foster a proactive safety culture on multi-site crews and lead safety initiatives.

The role requires 100% travel across Ohio and nationwide sites, with company-covered travel expenses. You will develop safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and supervise incident investigations to protect personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience managing safety teams (5 direct reports).
• Certifications: STSC or CHST or CSP.
• OSHA 500/501 certification.
• Experience in active hyperscale environments.
• Strong communication and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program for hyperscale data centers.
• Develop Site Safety Plans (SSSP) and JHA/PTSA.
• Conduct safety audits, incidents investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with owners, GCs, and subcontractors; track KPIs and reports.
• Deliver OSHA 10/30 training and toolbox talks.
