Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects across the Southwest. You will ensure safety, quality, and alignment with corporate standards while guiding Foremen, field teams, and QA/QC collaborators.

Successful candidates will have construction leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role with ADA considerations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative.
• Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution.

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans align with project requirements and are implemented throughout the project.
• Oversees job site safety and coordinates with Safety to align plans with customers and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents to meet their responsibilities.
• Ensures quality of all site production and collaborates with QA/QC to develop execution plans.
• Builds strong relationships with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR to optimize project staffing and adherence to policies.
• Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure accurate labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans including requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Mentors Field Superintendents and Foremen and holds them accountable for managerial duties.
• Maintains trust with customers through integrity and transparent risk management and contract adherence.
