Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an Area Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance while guiding field teams and coordinating with owners, engineers, and trade partners.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling proficiency, and a proven track record in complex, multi-site programs. Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and driving safety, quality, and schedule.
• Ability to plan, document, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, data center or critical-path construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and quality programs across foremen and craft personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, pull plans, and Last Planner concepts.
• Coordinate with Field Engineer, Foreman, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and reporting; ensure contractual compliance.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings and escalate field issues timely.
