Jobot is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead healthcare facilities construction initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, budgeting, and schedule management across multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Ownership of client relations, reporting, and change management is essential, along with mentoring junior staff. This position may involve up to 33% travel and requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and construction documents.
Up to 33% travel required.

Responsibilities

Manage an entire project or series of projects, including safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
Lead project launch and planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage client relations, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders, and responses to client and customer inquiries.
Develop assistant project management personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training.
Ensure projects are closed out promptly and efficiently.
Maintain daily communication and coordination with design, manufacturing, and construction teams.
