Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager for Critical Environments in Fairfield to lead high-visibility data center and hospital projects as owner’s representative, guiding decisions and keeping programs on track.

To qualify, candidates should have 3+ years of construction project management experience, a construction-related degree, 2+ years in critical environments, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent degree in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
• Ensure client vision is achieved as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities and support invoicing/collections.
