Job summary

HARATI SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation across healthcare construction initiatives. The role requires coordinating multiple projects with rigorous standards.

You will supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholders, and clients, and negotiate costs to maintain project value above $8M.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Construction industry.
• At least two of the seven years must involve coordinating healthcare projects with construction values over $8M.
• Experience with HCAI construction/design processes is required.
• Design Build experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Must be deadline- and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M
• Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required
• Design Build Experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
