Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with 5+ years in mission-critical or data center projects.
• Proven record managing projects $25M–$100M+.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of data center projects, including design coordination.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards throughout project activities.
