Job summary

Danis Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction efforts with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors. This role emphasizes on-site leadership, budget stewardship, and safe, compliant project delivery across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring a four-year engineering or construction management degree, 8+ years of PM experience, and a record of managing $5–$10M projects in commercial/institutional contexts.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 8 years in Project Management with a focus on at-risk general contracting.
• At least 5 years of hands-on on-site, at-risk projects valued between $5–$10 million.
• Strong understanding of project processes and their role in success.
• Ability to manage budgets, profitability, and client relationships.
• Proven leadership, critical thinking, and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision: set objectives, collaborate with Project Executive, ensure alignment with policies.
• Oversee construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule; ensure completion and client satisfaction.
• Lead meetings, guide planning, scheduling, and engineering; mentor project engineers.
• Demonstrate financial mastery: manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows.
• Ensure safety programs, meticulous documentation, and on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.
