Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour safety certification and First Aid & CPR training.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with project documentation and office software.
• Knowledge of construction project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors on-site staff to achieve project goals.
• Reviews and approves job cost budget updates and cash flow.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor performance and payments.
• Coordinates pre-construction meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensures safety policies and building permits compliance on site.
• Drives progress reporting, scheduling updates and QC programs.
