Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction to oversee ground-up, renovations and expansions nationwide, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare construction, a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, strong leadership, risk management, and knowledge of healthcare regulations; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare construction project management.
• Experience with renovations, expansions, and ground-up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and design compliance.
• Manage contracts, permits, and regulatory paperwork.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
