Socket.dev is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery. The role includes oversight of contractors and critical infrastructure while serving as the client’s representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years of project management experience. Strong communication skills and budget management expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $25M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead project direction and execution for data center construction.
• Manage all phases of project delivery including planning and construction.
• Oversee MEP infrastructure and coordinate installation activities.
