Job summary

Cumming Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Missouri to plan, manage and coordinate complex projects from initiation through closeout. You will lead the project team, oversee budgets, and ensure alignment with client goals and standards.

Leadership of cross-functional teams, on-site coordination, and a strong focus on value engineering and cost control are essential. The role requires 6+ years in PM/engineering/construction management and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating multiple projects from initiation to closeout.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting and value engineering workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA or LEED certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead on-site project stakeholders and communications.
• Prepare project management plans and fee budgets at outset.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting processes.
