The role requires 3+ years of vendor management and data-center experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery. On-site work and collaboration with Operations, Networking, and Security teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience in data centers or critical environments.
• 5+ years in data center engineering or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication between GC, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for design changes, RFIs, and change orders.
• Evaluate MOP submissions for thoroughness and risk.
• Manage vendor onboarding, security credentialing, and orientation.
• Maintain project management software with milestone updates and documents.
• Coordinate owner-furnished material deliveries to sites.
• Centralize contractor-supplied construction data.
• Oversee QA programs with checklists for safety and quality.
