Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Data Center Innovations team in Dallas, TX. You will develop strategies, goals, and objectives to assure project delivery safely, on time, and on budget with high client satisfaction.

You will lead project controls, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders while ensuring cost control and schedule adherence. A strong PM background and construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or SureTrak.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure delivery safely, on time, and on budget.
• Manage project plans, schedules, scopes of work and resources.
• Monitor financial performance, change orders, and subcontractor billing.
• Coach and mentor project team members and define responsibilities.
