Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction TFO) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction on campus projects. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Science or Engineering, 5+ years in construction, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery from development through closeout.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) to communicate program updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities for multiple data center projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports for each campus project.
• Create monthly development program and project status updates for executive reviews.
