Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to support design, preconstruction and construction activities across multiple campuses. You will liaise with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Vendors to keep programs on track.

Key duties include assisting leadership, managing budgets and schedules, and producing monthly status updates for executives. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as is experience in data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for program updates and budgets.
• 1+ years in commercial construction practices and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with daily activities.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campus projects.
• Prepare monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
