Cedar Investment Group (CIG) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center and commercial construction projects at our Chester, VA campus. You will provide hands-on leadership in execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.

The role emphasizes document control, change management, cost discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and finance. Travel to active sites across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in commercial construction or data centers.
• Expert in document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to active project sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data center and commercial construction projects.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking.
• Develop budgets, schedules, cost reports, and financial discipline.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality assurance.
