Job summary

Cedar Investment Group (CIG) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale data center and commercial construction projects. You will oversee planning, design through execution, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating with GCs, subs, and vendors.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong document control, change management, budgeting, and schedule oversight to ensure safety, codes, and client standards are met. Travel across active project sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including commercial construction and data center projects.
• Experience in document control systems and change management processes.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management from planning to turnover.
• Vendor & Contractor oversight to ensure timely delivery per contract terms.
• Document Control & Change Management including RFIs and submittals.
