QTS Data Centers seeks a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on assigned campuses. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will create master development programs, manage budgets, entitlement needs and procurement, while providing clear executive updates and maintaining strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight+ years of commercial construction experience including Lump Sum, CMAR, and Design Build.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus construction projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Present development program updates to executives monthly.
• Develop master development programs and budgets with site stakeholders.
• Manage entitlements and permitting for site projects.
• Coordinate procurement and cost estimates with internal teams.
• Maintain site master plans and security procedures.
