Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Program Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on data center projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Vendors to deliver robust development programs and capital budgets.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, entitlements, and multi-phased site development while partnering with Sales and Product teams to support client solutions and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates and budgets.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate updates on development program & project status for executive reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to create a master development program and capital budget for sites.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Implement and manage multi-phased site development plans with time, budget and quality.
