Job summary

Amazon is looking for a Data Center Construction Manager in Dallas, TX to lead scope, schedule, and budget for new data center builds. You will coordinate with Operations, Networking, and Commissioning teams to deliver mission-critical facilities on time and within budget.

You will guide multi-discipline construction teams, manage bids, and drive safety, quality, and cost-control across multiple sites. A strong background in building systems and large-scale project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or program management of large, complex projects involving MEPL systems and data centers.
• Experience delivering data center construction projects from design through hand-off to operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for construction of new builds or capex projects.
• Oversee construction activities and coordinate with Operations, Networking, and Security teams.
• Represent Amazon’s owner’s representative on construction sites and manage bids and ASCs.
