QTS Realty Trust in Texas is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCI) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on multiple campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations to keep budgets, schedules and scope aligned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Five+ years in commercial construction with various delivery methods.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates.
Knowledge of data center facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple campus development projects including budgets and schedules.
Prepare monthly status updates for executive reviews.
Collaborate with design, construction, procurement and vendors.
Lead entitlement and permitting efforts for assigned sites.
Oversee cost control, procurement processes and change orders.
