Cumming Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager for data center construction to lead complex projects from conception to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating with the client and on-site stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities include preparing project plans and budgets, conducting constructability reviews, and driving procurement strategies and contract negotiations. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.
