FourFound is seeking a Construction Manager to lead data center projects across Canton, OH; Kansas; and St. Louis, MO.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, and contractor teams from mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring readiness for operations. Candidates should have at least five years of data center delivery experience, strong knowledge of US construction practices, and the ability to coordinate permitting and power delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mission-critical data center projects.
• Minimum five years of data center project delivery.
• Experience from mobilization to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover.
• Oversee GCs, trade contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project risks.
• Coordinate permitting, utility engagement, and permanent power delivery.
• Report progress to senior leadership and support operational readiness.
