FourFound is seeking a Construction Manager to lead data center projects across Canton, OH; Kansas; and St. Louis, MO.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, and contractor teams from mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring readiness for operations. Candidates should have at least five years of data center delivery experience, strong knowledge of US construction practices, and the ability to coordinate permitting and power delivery.

Job description

I’m supporting a global data center owner/developer appointing Construction Managers as it expands its US operations.

This is an opportunity to join a growing owner-side team and influence projects from early planning through operational handover.

• Locations: Canton, Ohio; Kansas; and St. Louis, Missouri
• Employment: Permanent
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience, with base salaries up to $260,000 + bonus
• Benefits: Medical coverage, 401(k), and PTO

The role:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover
• Oversee GCs, trade contractors, consultants, and engineering teams
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project risks
• Coordinate permitting, utility engagement, and permanent power delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Proven data center construction experience with a GC or owner/operator
• At least five years delivering mission-critical data center projects
• Experience completing a full project from mobilization through commissioning and handover
• Strong knowledge of US construction practices and contractor management
• AI or HPC facility experience would be advantageous
