Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, or 9 years of related CM experience.
• 6+ years of experience constructing and managing complex MEP systems in mission-critical environments.
• 4+ years of experience managing general contractors and vendors, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project management for new builds and capital projects.
• Lead interface with general contractors during bidding, execution, and closeout.
• Create project scope and RFIs; manage budgets and schedules.
• Ensure quality control and report key construction metrics.
• Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
