Job summary

You will own scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning to deliver high‑quality, energy-efficient data centers. You will drive cost control, schedule adherence, and vendor management while ensuring safety and compliance on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.
• Perform financial analysis of construction and manage project budgets.
• Ensure construction project quality control and report key metrics to teams.
