Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring an on-site Construction Manager to oversee data center infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will represent AWS on site, manage general contractors, ensure safety compliance, and guarantee the project meets schedule and budget targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction; driving environmental and safety programs, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate in Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects, preferably data center or large facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong safety, environmental compliance, and quality control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from groundbreaking to substantial completion.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet deliverables and budgets.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; report progress to stakeholders.
