Job summary

Limiting Factor Group is seeking a Construction Lead to oversee the design, build, and management of power infrastructure for data centers and utility providers. You’ll be on-site from groundbreaking through commissioning and handover to Facility Operations, accountable for safety, schedule, cost, and quality on every site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management, including data center or industrial projects.
• Experience on projects where electrical and mechanical work makes up most of the scope.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage general contractors and trade contractors on scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Maintain the project schedule and budget, and report progress and risks to leadership.
• Run the site safety program and make sure work complies with OSHA and state safety rules in Washington and California.
• Manage change orders, contractor questions and submittals with Engineering and Procurement.
• Coordinate inspections, permits and the energizing of utility service.
• Plan deliveries of long-lead equipment with Procurement and Receiving.
• Lead commissioning with the engineering team and outside commissioning agents.
• Review contractor payment applications with Finance.
