Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead on-site execution from planning to commissioning for large-scale, mission-critical builds. You will drive safety, scheduling, and quality across 100+ field technicians, coordinating with project management and procurement to meet milestones on time and within budget.

You’ll serve as the senior SME for data center low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling, ensuring compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, and client specs while

Qualifications

• Senior, onsite leadership role overseeing complex data center builds.
• Deep technical expertise in fiber, low voltage, and structured cabling.
• Ability to lead large field teams and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite safety standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Direct construction operations, plans, logistics, and lookahead scheduling.
• Oversee field teams (100+), coordinate with PM and Procurement, ensure schedules.
• Ensure standards compliance (ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS) and commissioning activities.
