LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Construction Lead manages the building of each site on the company's behalf, from groundbreaking through commissioning and handover to Facility Operations.

You will be the person accountable for safety, schedule, cost and quality on site. Pay range is $165,000.00–$215,000.00 with potential stock incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years in construction management, including data center or industrial projects.
• Experience on projects where electrical and mechanical work makes up most of the scope.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general contractors and trade contractors on scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Maintain the project schedule and budget, and report progress and risks to leadership.
• Run the site safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety rules in Washington and California.
• Manage change orders, contractor questions and submittals with Engineering and Procurement.
• Coordinate inspections, permits and the energizing of utility service.
• Plan deliveries of long-lead equipment with Procurement and Receiving.
• Lead commissioning with the engineering team and outside commissioning agents.
• Review contractor payment applications with Finance.
