Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is hiring Construction Managers for on‑site leadership of data center construction projects across Texas. Responsibilities include field leadership, safety oversight, schedule management, and coordination with general contractors and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have extensive field supervision experience on electrical, mechanical, and utility scopes, with commissioning or turnover exposure. Local candidates preferred, relocation considered with per‑diem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent field experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing large scale construction projects (data center, industrial, infrastructure).
• Experience overseeing electrical, mechanical, utilities, fire protection, water treatment, or major equipment installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on site field leader representing the Owner’s interests, ensuring schedule and quality align with project goals.
• Maintain field leadership with daily site walks to identify safety and coordination issues.
• Coordinate and supervise field disciplines across electrical, mechanical, utilities, and commissioning scopes.
• Drive safety culture, lead progress meetings, and ensure contractor accountability.
• Support turnover, commissioning, and closeout with thorough documentation.
