Qualifications

• 5–7 years in production operations or construction management.
• 5+ years in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production, construction, and ops teams to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production issues.
• Develop production tracking, quality control, and maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation and records.
