Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team handling complex datacenter construction across several U.S. locations including Atlanta, GA.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination among design managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of project management experience, 3+ years in data center construction, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of data center construction experience.
• General contracting, construction management, equipment vendor or architecture experience preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with construction scheduling, budgeting and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems in data centers.
• Strong ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale construction projects including site development and data center buildouts.
• Manage design and implementation of base building and tenant MEP systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Review budgeting and scheduling deliverables for quality and adherence to goals.
• Lead budget and schedule review meetings with the team.
• Coordinate with clients, design staff and leadership on objectives and budgets.
• Create and maintain multiple project budgets and schedules across sites.
• Provide oversight and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct or delegate job-site observations to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with consultants and agencies for entitlements and permitting.
