ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading technology infrastructure organization to recruit a Construction Integration Manager 3 in Atlanta, GA. This role supports project delivery, production oversight, and operational excellence within the Construction Operations team.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in production operations or construction management, with data center or large-scale infra experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in production operations, construction management, or team supervision.
• 5+ years in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with quality control systems, production tracking, and operational reporting.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, machinery, maintenance, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production, construction, and operations teams to meet project objectives.
• Review operations and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement production tracking, quality control, and maintenance programs.

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Operations team supporting project delivery, production oversight, and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $77.00 - $82.94/hour

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production, construction, and operational teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.


• Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative stakeholders to resolve production and process-related issues.


• Develop and implement production tracking, quality control, and maintenance programs to identify and address operational challenges.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, equipment performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.


• Prepare and maintain production reports, project documentation, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with established standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.


• 5 to 7 years of experience in production operations, construction management, or team supervision.


• 5+ years of experience in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.


• Experience with quality control systems, production tracking, process improvement, and operational reporting.


• Strong knowledge of equipment, machinery, maintenance management, and production processes.


• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
