Job summary

Insight Global in Georgia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale low-voltage construction and data center projects from initiation through completion, owning all facets of delivery including budget, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction or telecom project management, experience with $20M+ projects, strong financial acumen, leadership, and certifications such as PMP or RCDD; familiarity with tools like

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, telecommunications, low-voltage, or related technical environments.
• Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $20M+ (projects may range from $15M-$40M+).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from kickoff through customer turnover.
• Manage project budgets, P&L, forecasting, backlog, scheduling, and profitability.
• Lead and develop project teams, including field personnel, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project quality, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
• Review financial reporting, job costs, invoicing, and collections.
• Support bid processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate resources and workload to ensure successful project delivery.
