Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead medium-to-large data-center capital projects on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will guide pre-construction through closeout, coordinate design-build activities, and drive safety and budget adherence across multiple projects.

Qualifications include a BS in Construction Management and 7+ years in complex construction; data-center experience is a plus. Travel ~10% and collaboration with Sales, Operations and Engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years leading construction projects; data center experience is a plus.
• Multi-prime or alternate procurement delivery experience preferred.
• Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 experience preferred.
• CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, safety, schedule, stakeholders, and budget.
• Lead pre-construction, design development, permitting, bids, and closeout.
• Coordinate design criteria with budgetary and maintenance needs.
• Oversee design-build and design-bid-build contractors on-site.
• Lead safety programs and site walks; ensure EHS policy adherence.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and clients; review monthly reporting.
