Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; degree in a related field is common.
• Experience in the Data Center sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of financial terms, ability to perform basic financial analysis and calculations.
• Ability to analyze documents and solve problems with multiple options.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with legal and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Takes the lead on the commercial position of accounts and attends customer meetings.
• Reviews reports, trains staff, and develops bespoke training for large accounts.
• Supports transition of new wins, educating operations and procurement teams on risk and change.
• Supports contract negotiation with legal and business teams to achieve signed documents.
• Promotes compliance with global risk policy and contracting standards.
• Promotes commercial best practice and educates internal stakeholders through courses and guidance.
• Builds relationships with customers and suppliers to minimize risk and maximize opportunities.
• Leads stakeholder communications and ensures alignment with CBRE policies.
