CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive our national strategy for expanding in the rapidly growing data center market. This high-impact role focuses on identifying new opportunities, winning work, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across the sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, including power delivery, water systems, and civil/site works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience requested.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with data center clients.
• Leading winning proposal efforts.
• Expanding market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our technology group to leverage innovative tools that improve delivery.
• Implementing strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
