The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, spanning site identification through planning, design and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with data center clients.
• Lead winning proposal efforts.
• Expand market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with the technology group to leverage tools that enhance project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies to grow and improve profitability for CDM Smith.
