The role emphasizes site development for large-scale projects and requires collaboration with multiple disciplines within a dynamic team. Responsibilities include analyzing geotechnical and topographic data, preparing design documents, and conducting on-site observations to ensure plans and specifications are met.

Competenze

• Five years of total experience in Commercial Land Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; substitutions may be allowed at management's discretion.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.

Mansioni

• Consults with client to determine project requirements.
• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and data to plan and design projects.
• Visits project site to ascertain existing conditions.
• Prepares reports, design, specifications, plans and construction administration.
• Conducts on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and conformance.
• Prepares calculations, specifications and inspection reports using discipline-specific software.
• Supports and communicates with team members through all design and construction stages.
