Qualifications

• Five years of total experience in Commercial Land Development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university; other degrees may be substituted at management's discretion.
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices across the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Consults with client to determine project requirements.
• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and data to plan and design project.
• Visits project site to ascertain existing conditions.
• Calculates cost and feasibility based on data analysis.
• Prepares or directs reports, designs, specifications, plans and construction administration.
• Conducts on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and conformance with plans.
• Prepares calculations, specs and construction documents using discipline-specific software.
• Supports team members through all design, production, approval and construction stages.
