Ramboll is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development, data center, and large industrial projects from planning through permitting. You will coordinate with AHJs, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams.

Join Ramboll's Environment & Health Division in a hybrid role spanning Seattle, PA, TX, or LA. A bachelor’s or master’s in Civil Engineering and ~10+ years of experience are expected; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering with ~10+ years of civil/site experience and client delivery responsibility.
• Professional Engineer license strongly preferred; ability to obtain licensure by comity in target states.
• Significant land development and site civil design experience for large, complex sites (industrial, logistics, etc.).
• Direct AHJ coordination, permitting requirements, and local approval guidance with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven project management and leadership skills: scope/budget/schedule, client communication, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data centers, mission-critical, and large industrial projects from site selection through permitting and construction support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, staffing, client communications, proposals, and subconsultants across concurrent assignments.
• Direct technical work including site layout, drainage, utilities, road design, and permitting.
• Serve as primary liaison with AHJs and agencies; coordinate inputs from survey, geotech, environmental, wetlands, traffic, power, and water/wastewater teams.
• Review and approve technical memos, calculations, plans, and deliverables; mentor engineers and CAD staff; support client growth and local Ramboll presence.
