Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development and permitting for data center and large industrial projects. You will coordinate with AHJs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive project delivery across US geographies including PA, WA, TX and LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary site civil projects
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and permitting processes
• Experience working with AHJs and coordinating permitting
• Project management and leadership experience in data center or large industrial projects

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data center and large industrial projects from site selection through construction support
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, staffing, client communications, and subconsultants
• Direct technical work including site layout, drainage, utilities, and road design
• Serve as liaison with AHJs and agencies for permitting
• Review and approve design deliverables and mentor junior staff
